The recruiting process consists of two rounds. After an initial selection, based on your written application, you will be invited to two rounds of three interviews. During these 'contact days' we will learn more about your skills, background and personality and you will get the chance to learn more about Arthur D. Little and its people and culture. All interviews are conducted by our consultants.

After a careful selection on the basis of your application letter, curriculum vitae and academic results, you will be invited for the first contact day. The first contact day consists of three one-hour interviews. The objective of these interviews is twofold: on the one hand these interviews will enable us to learn more about your personality, background, experience and motivation. On the other hand, the case simulations will teach us more about your problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

If the first contact day is completed successfully, we will invite you for the second contact day. The second contact day also consists of three one-hour interviews, but now you will have interviews with three Directors (and/or Principals) of the Amsterdam office. They will assess your analytical skills, business sense, insights into business related issues, and of course your personality! In addition to the interviews, the day includes an off-site; a great opportunity to meet informally with a Business Analyst or Consultant in a more informal manner to get a more personal impression of the people that work at Arthur D. Little.
